As Senior Talent Experience Manager, your top priority will be leading an exceptional recruitment and hiring process that ensures positive candidate experiences and builds a strong talent pipeline to fuel our growth. As candidates transition into FWD, you’ll help design and manage their onboarding experience, ensuring they’re set up for success. And on the HR and people experience side, you’ll drive culture-shaping projects and support initiatives that foster a positive and thriving culture that people are excited to be part of.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment:
- Proactively identify and engage forward-thinking talent who align with our vision.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and employer branding that attract high-quality candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring teams on identifying role-specific qualifications and candidate profiles to ensure the best long-term fit for the team.
- Create and post job descriptions across various platforms, while maintaining our applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline across functions for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interviews for the hiring teams.
Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process and plan for new hires.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Provide support to new hires during their transition into the company.
HR Generalist:
- Assist with HR and People Experience projects as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Bring:
- You bring over 8+ years of Recruitment experience within an agency setting. Preferably within a healthcare/pharma focused agency. Additionally, you have 2+ years of hands-on experience working within a small agency environment.
- You have strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- You’re proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Gusto.
- You’re well-versed in HR policies, procedures and employment laws.
- You hold high standards for hiring and onboarding processes, as well as candidate and new hire experiences, consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- You anticipate and identify potential bumps and challenges before they arise, ensuring proactive solutions and smooth execution.
- You are passionate about growth, and are excited about continuously expanding your skill sets and leading new initiatives.
- You embody a self-motivated positive attitude and collaborative nature, with the ability to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and communicate openly and proactively with those around you.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 with a preference for contract-to-permanent candidates to ensure a mutual fit. However, full-time candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply. This role is based in NYC (Brooklyn) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
