As a Digital Media Director, B2B, you’ll play a key role in shaping performance media strategies and managing client relationships for our high-profile B2B, HCP, and Animal Health go-to-market accounts. Drawing on your B2B agency experience, you’ll lead go-to-market strategic planning, roll up your sleeves when needed, and oversee a team responsible for execution to ensure campaigns are impactful and aligned with client goals. In this client-facing role, your strong presentation & communication skills will be essential as you navigate complex projects and foster strong client relationships. You’ll also manage a growing team and collaborate with a senior media director to set processes and best practices for the media team. You’ll have autonomy in your role, balancing your strategic expertise with market and industry innovation in a supportive environment that values your ideas and encourages professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the go-to marketing expert for full-funnel campaign planning across all channels, including paid media, social, email, SEO, search, and programmatic, ensuring results-driven strategies that deliver on the client goals and growth targets.
- Develop and present comprehensive campaign strategies across the entire buyer journey connecting brand awareness through to demand generation and conversion.
- Oversee development of media plan recommendations, encompassing both tactical strategies and high-impact custom activations to effectively achieve client objectives.
- Lead campaign performance analysis and reporting, delivering key insights and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Oversight and performance management of the media team in collaboration with the senior media director. You will manage the day-to-day, set processes and best practices, while ensuring strategic alignment and performance with cross functional teams.
What You’ll Bring
- You bring over 12+ years of digital strategy and media planning experience within an agency setting, including 4 years of specialized experience in B2B Healthcare, HCP, and/or Animal Health. Additionally, you have 2+ years of hands-on experience working within a small agency environment.
- You’re a natural leader with experience working closely with executive teams and managing high-value media campaigns. You have a strong track record of driving and inspiring teams to deliver fast-paced media projects that achieve strong returns and exceed expectations.
- You hold high standards for the media strategy and implementation process, consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- You anticipate and identify potential bumps and challenges before they arise, ensuring proactive solutions and smooth project execution.
- You’re a critical thinker and a natural storyteller, skilled at communicating and showcasing your ideas across all mediums including slides.
- You are passionate about growth, and are excited about continuously expanding your skill sets and leading new initiatives.
- You embody a self-motivated positive attitude and collaborative nature, with the ability to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and communicate openly and proactively with those around you.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 with a preference for contract-to-permanent candidates to ensure a mutual fit. However, full-time candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply. This role is based in NYC (Brooklyn) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
